Best hotel in Salalah...! Our recent family stay was truly comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel is located just 10 minutes from Salalah Airport, making it very easy to reach. The staff are incredibly humble, friendly, and always ready to assist you with anything you need. Their hospitality really good. The room was spacious and, very clean. The kitchen was a big bonus and came with everything we needed, a cooking gas burner with vessels, a fridge, washing machine and other facilities like iron, cloth hangers, Hair dryer etc. Breakfast at the hotel was fantastic! They prepare it as per your choice. Just a short walk away: Papa John's Pizza, the popular Garden Mall, ATMs, a petrol station, supermarket, and small restaurant. The staff were kind enough to help us visits to nearby attractions in Salalah. Thank you so much to the entire team for making our stay so memorable! We will definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit. Highly recommended, especially for families. Nivas / Qatar residence.

the best personal! so helpful, paid for our taxi because we didnt have cash on the arrival, so optimistic and his smile cheered us every single day. the apartments are big, with a living/dining room with a TV, kitchen, bedroom and a bathroom. you can choose between english, arabic and indian breakfast, i had the arabic one and it was huge and delicious. if you are still hungry after, there is a little market, Gardens Mall shopping center and Chinese Village right next to the apartments. for lunch or dinner there is plenty of restaurants across the street including McDonalds and local restaurants with local food.

The place was a little dated but clean and very spacious. The staff was attentive to our needs and was quick to respond. We also liked that it was quiet and located just behind the Gardens Mall which made it easy for us if we needed anything. The place is value for money if you're just looking for a comfortable place to stay. The price was more than reasonable for the room we got and the number of nights we stayed there. Don't expect amenities or luxury services like those of 5 star international hotels. But thumbs up again for the staff who were very responsive to our needs.

Breakfast was excellent, Indian based but slightly different each day. All very plentiful, tasty & served at a time of my convenience. The staff were very helpful & friendly without being overbearing about it. Transfers to & from the airport were arranged easily at the front desk. The Wifi in the room was more than adequate & the apartment was both spacious & comfortable. The airport is 10 mins away, but despite its proximity to the airport & a main road, the apartments were nice & quiet. Nearby, only a short walk away is a Mall, with a supermarket & food court. Plus the usual retail shops & coffee places. Handy Shell garage nearby for if you hire a car, as I did. Also, I had a lounge balcony door on the 3rd floor that had view stretching from the Dhofar mountains, the air port, to the edge of town. Spectacular sunrises coming through the palm trees. I’d stay again.

Location is perfect. Right in the center of the city and everything is easily accessible. Groceries (Carrefour and Lulu) nearby in a walking distance. Garden mall and china souq nearby ( enough to keep your evening busy) in case you don't want to drive far. Rooms are clean and well maintained though the place itself is a bit old. Staff is very welcoming and helpful and very serviable. Good place for families. In case you rent a car, there is a petrol station right next to the hotel and also a car wash.

Service in this hotel is very good, staff are very friendly and supportive. Breakfast varieties are good and they can even prepare whatever you ask for. Rooms and clean and good. Hotel is in the town, easily reachable for all tourist locations. I recommend this for the people who are visiting first time to Oman

Location is a big plus. Just next to the gardens mall, fuel station, many restaurants. You can just walk after parking your car for the night. The guys were helpful to handle all the luggage to and from the car.

Everything. Especially Anwar at the reception. He went out of the way to check in at 11.00 am. Breakfast was as per our choice and served at our one bedroom apartment. Apartment very spacious with two bathrooms, dining, drawing with sofas and big king size bed with attached bathroom. I would recommend everybody to stay here. Big shopping mall, restaurants, markets just 5 minutes walk. Special thanks to all the staff who made our stay memorable. Thanks once again. Kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, 4 burner gas stove, washing machine, coffee machine & utensils. Dates with ghawa at the reception.

Mr Anwar was an amazing help: all my initial requirements and complains were met or fixed gladly- I do appreciate such support. considering the season, it was a good value for money. comfortable and cleaned beds, even asking for extra mattresses for my little kids were provided. little problems with the bathroom were fixed and replaced as applicable. the flat is spacious as well.
